Julian and his crew have worked for me on several projects in the last 7 years. Our last project was painting the inside of my house. They moved, covered and returned furniture when they were done with each room. Julian had lots of great advice. I highly recommend Julian Montoya for painting and remodeling projects.

I have had the pleasure of working with Julian and his team on 3 different remodel home projects in Morgan Hill and Aptos over the last 3 years. Will be starting our 4th project with him this Fall. One of the remodels was an entire house! I can not say enough good things about Julian and his team. Professional, top of the line workmanship, one team works on the project from start to finish, clean, provides updates everyday, and most importantly- Julian is honest and fair. When he says it's going to happen- it always does. He works within your budget....a rarity in this industry! An added bonus- he's got a great eye for design. What a gem! I have proudly given his name out to our entire neighborhood - and I am a very picky person (LOL). Do not hesitate one moment to call Julian if you are considering any remodel of any kind. I Recently used Montoya painting because of the excellent job Julian did for me a few years back. This time I was very indecisive about the color I wanted to use for my dining room and living room. His patience was beyond belief. I had approximately nine different colors on my walls, to choose from. Even though I went back-and-forth on my decision, Julian remained kind, patient, and helpful! I didn't move a thing in those two rooms. They moved it all for me; lots of heavy furniture, plants, large curio cabinet, which was screwed into the wall with fragile, breakable glass items inside, etc. etc. All items were returned to their places after the painting was finished, as he takes pictures of everything before he moves it, to ensure that it's put back properly. All the pictures and a giant heavy mirror were all returned to their places also. He even filled in the extra holes, that were under my pictures. I didn't compare prices this time, as I know his prices are less than others, although he uses top-of-the-line quality paints, and goes beyond what the average painters do, as I have had experience with many many painters over the years and so far he's the best!
